Workspace: death-report_followup
This represents a working directory for Project: 188 - Assessing the accuracy and completeness of death recording in the OpenSAFELY database compared to ONS death registrations in England on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
Followup work on the original death report work. Here we're looking specifically at how underlying cause of death, and other factors such as place of death are associated with discrepancies in date of death recording in ONS vs TPP records.
