Workspace: death-report_underlying_cod
This represents a working directory for Project: 188 - Assessing the accuracy and completeness of death recording in the OpenSAFELY database compared to ONS death registrations in England on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
To extract underlying cause of death in ONS data and explore it's relationship with discordance in dates of death in ONS vs practice data
