Workspace: covid-vaccine-effectiveness-research_speed-up
This represents a working directory for Project: 61 - COVID-19 Vaccine Effectiveness on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
The branch was created to test efforts to make the code more memory efficient. These were then incorporated into the primary branch.
This work was branched from earlier work in the repo and run on a new workspace so that prior outputs were not overwritten on the server. This is no longer best-practice. A new release process ensures all releases are fully maintained and archived.
The entire repo has been superseded by the covid-vaccine-effectiveness-sequential-vs-single-main workspace, using the covid-vaccine-effectiveness-sequential-vs-single repository.
