Workspace: covid-vaccine-history
This represents a working directory for Project: 174 - ECHO - Evaluation of Covid-19 vaccine Histories using OpenSAFELY on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
To report information on covid-19 vaccine coverage over time, in different demographic and clinical subgroups. This will cover the entire covid-19 vaccination programme from december 2020 onwards.
It reports prior vaccine history at particular snapshots in time (for instance the start tof a new vaccination campaign). It also reports the entire vaccination history through time, ie, how many vaccines were received each week, what type of vaccines were received and who received them.
