Workspace: vaccines-data-quality
This represents a working directory for Project: 174 - ECHO - Evaluation of Covid-19 vaccine Histories using OpenSAFELY on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
To evaluate data quality and concordance across vaccination records in OpenSAFELY data sources, including medication codes, SNOMED codes, and the dedicated vaccination table.
