Workspace: shielding_evaluation
This represents a working directory for Project: 150 - Evaluating the UK ‘shielding’ policy during the COVID-19 pandemic on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
To develop a COVID transmission model by parameterising on OpenSAFELY records after these have been extracted. Run the model on a counterfactual scenario without shielding to estimate the number of severe outcomes averted through the implemetation of the policy.
