This is an OpenSAFELY workspace. It represents a working directory for the 150 - Evaluating the UK ‘shielding’ policy during the COVID-19 pandemic project on all of the secure services ("backends") supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each backend, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data ("jobs"). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
To develop a COVID transmission model by parameterising on OpenSAFELY records after these have been extracted. Run the model on a counterfactual scenario without shielding to estimate the number of severe outcomes averted through the implemetation of the policy.
