This represents a working directory for Project: 198 - Identify risk factors associated with disparities for resistant bloodstream infections, before, during and after the global COVID-19 pandemic; a national case-control and cohort study on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
Paired sensitivity comparison of existing and revised BSI ICD-10 and GP SNOMED codelists. Preserve established eligibility, manuscript dates, spell-wide AMR ascertainment and CA/HA rules. Produce first-pass counts, AMR proportions, mortality and control-exclusion differences without changing the main study workspace.
