Workspace: post-infection-outcomes
This represents a working directory for Project: 172 - Impact and inequalities of winter pressures in primary care: providing the evidence base for mitigation strategies on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
Study of socioeconomic inequalities in infection-related outcomes, following any of COVID-19, influenza and RSV hospitalisation of people who are over 55 years old. The workspace provides analyses of how comorbidity and vaccinations shape the course and consequences of these infections across socioeconomic gradients.
