Workspace: wp3_respiratory_virus_timeseries
This represents a working directory for Project: 172 - Impact and inequalities of winter pressures in primary care: providing the evidence base for mitigation strategies on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
To describe the timeseries of infections coded as flu, RSV, and COVID-19.
To describe how these infection rates vary by IMD, age-band, and other patient or practice-level characteristics.
