Workspace: sro-gastro
This represents a working directory for Project: 5 - Impact of the COVID pandemic on FIT (stool) testing on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
Look at the use of qFIT to help guide elective recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
