This is an OpenSAFELY workspace. It represents a working directory for the 185 - Investigating events following COVID-19 project on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data ("jobs"). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
We will investigate how sensitive our analyses are to the choice of missing data methodology to ensure we are using the most appropriate methodology. To demonstrate the different methods of missing data handling, we will use the analyses of two cardiovascular outcomes (acute MI and subarachnoid haemorrhage / haemorrhagic stroke) in the pre-vaccination cohort as exemplars.
