Workspace: post-covid-cvd-methods-ehrql
This represents a working directory for Project: 156 - Investigating events following SARS-CoV-2 infection (Project continuation of approved project no 12) on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
Comparison of different statistical methods for handling confounding within causal inference, specifically using the Covid-Cardiovascular example in doing so. Conducted as part of Emma Tarmey's PhD thesis. Supervised by Kate Tilling, Jonathan Sterne, Rhian Daniel and Paul Madley-Dowd. Further consultation by Venexia Walker and Zoe M Zou.
