Workspace: mainroute_cancer
This represents a working directory for Project: 29 - MAINROUTE on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
This project aims to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected cancer care and outcomes. This includes investigating changes in presentations to GP for symptoms of cancer, tests in primary care for symptoms of cancer, and cancer diagnosis rate and time and route to diagnosis, prior to, during and post pandemic.
