This is an OpenSAFELY workspace. It represents a working directory for the 5 - Impact of the COVID pandemic on FIT (stool) testing project on all of the secure services ("backends") supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each backend, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data ("jobs"). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
This was initially supposed to be used to run the sro-gastro code against a cut down version of the OpenSafely data but it didn't work properly and so all subsequent jobs were run on the main sro-gastro workspace.
