Workspace: surgical-site-infection-v1
This represents a working directory for Project: POS-2026-3012 - Surgical site infection monitoring in English routinely collected primary and secondary care data on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
Explore surgical site infection rates within the UK, to compare with UK HSA reports.

In accordance with the Principles of OpenSAFELY we expect all code from all users to be made public.
