Workspace: isaric-main
This represents a working directory for Project: 154 - Validation of ISARIC / SUS / PHOSP data for COVID-related hospital admissions on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
Validate the representativeness of patients captured in the ISARIC and OpenSAFELY dataset and the completeness and accuracy of patient data across both datasets.
