This is an OpenSAFELY workspace. It represents a working directory for the 61 - COVID-19 Vaccine Effectiveness project on all of the secure services ("backends") supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each backend, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data ("jobs"). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
This was the original workspace for the study, but was superseded by work on the covid-vaccine-effectiveness-research_positivity branch, which had a more robust way to deal with positivity violations in vaccination propensity due to recent infection status.
The entire study has been superseded by the covid-vaccine-effectiveness-sequential-vs-single-main workspace, using the covid-vaccine-effectiveness-sequential-vs-single repository.
