Workspace: ab_rx_risk_based
This represents a working directory for Project: 16 - BRIT Antibiotic Research on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
evaluation of probability of prescribing antibiotics for common infection based on the risk of infection-related hospital admission and the role of features in prescribing antibiotics for common infection.
