This represents a working directory for Project: 12 - Investigating events following SARS-CoV-2 infection on all of the secure environments supported by OpenSAFELY.
On each secure environment, the directory includes code from the repository, and the results of running it against real data (“jobs”). Researchers can request jobs are run from this page.
Workspace purpose
We examined associations of COVID-19 with subsequent mental illness in the pre-vaccination period of the pandemic and for unvaccinated and vaccinated people after vaccination became available. We compared rates of common and severe mental illness after a diagnosis of COVID-19 with rates before or without COVID-19. We also investigated variation in these associations between subgroups defined by COVID-19 severity, age, sex, ethnicity, prior mental illness, and prior SARS-COV-2 infection.
